Should President Obama offer full pardons to all members of the Civil War Confederacy who's family members request one?


TOPIC: After the Vietnam War President Carter issued presidential pardons to all military deserters who requested one. Although pardons were extended to Confederate prisoners, no such Presidential pardon was considered after the war for soldiers and sailors who fought for the Confederacy.
